Security and User Obligations

The Company makes its best efforts to ensure the security of its systems and data.

The User is obliged to:

  • Keep their username, password, PIN code, and one-time verification codes confidential

  • Not grant third parties access to the system

  • Ensure the physical and software security of the devices used

In case of suspicious or risky incidents, loss of a device, or unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Company by calling 060 606 606.

The Company may block system access immediately upon receiving the citizen’s request.

Data Collection and Use

The Company may collect the following data:

  • Personal data (first name, last name)

  • Contact details (phone number, email address)

  • Vehicle data (license plate number)

  • Payment transaction data

  • Technical data (IP address, device type)

The data are collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Provision of services

  • Processing of payments

  • User identification

  • Compliance with legal requirements

  • Improvement of service quality

The confidentiality of data is ensured in accordance with the procedure and scope established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from technical malfunctions, communication interruptions, or actions of third parties, provided that such damages are not caused by the fault of the Company.

 

 

Amendments to the Terms

The Company has the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing them in advance on its official platforms.

The amended Terms shall enter into force from the moment of publication, unless another effective date is specified.

 

 

Final Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

All disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
